Today, viewing from scientific point of view, we do observe many changes in our surroundings. People who have lived in the past few years are witness of the fact. What are stem cells? To have a clue just understand that initial cells which on division and maturation make particular type of cells of the body such as bone cells. Controlled Nuclear Reactions:

We all are well familiar with atom bomb and destruction and devastation caused by it. This is done by fission reaction. This reaction has been controlled to manifest energy. So now scientists are thinking about hydrogen bombs(Fusion Reaction). Experimentally, it is found feasible. But it seems almost impossible to control it. Scientists are working on methods to control this uncontrollable process. If this is possible, it is hoped that we will not face shortage of energy. You can have the guess about this fact energy released by one kg of uranium is equivalent to energy released by burning  1500 tons of coal. Can you imagine how large will be the amount of energy that will be released in controlled fusion process?

Fuel Efficiency:

      Struggle is being made to increase the fuel efficiency of the available fuels. You are familiar with it. You know that engines of cars etc. are being improved day by day.

Superconductors:

           Superconductor will be one of the most promising invention. Electricity feel resistance in its path. Superconductor are such substances which do not feel this resistance i.e. resistance is zero. These have been invented but their activity needs much lower temperature. If high temperature super conductors are ever achieved, supply of electricity will be done without any obstruction and hence there will be no loss at all.

Artificial Intelligence:

           Artificial intelligence is one of the most important subject of information technology. What is it? We all know that computers and mobiles work on our directions. Artificial intelligence will make them capable of thinking literally. This will surely change the world of Information Technology.
