iPhone is 3x(300%) more reliable than Samsung

A few days ago, I was reading a post on Google+. Someone asked about the reliability and user experiences of the different SmartPhones including Apple, Samsung, LG etc. It was also assked that what are the differnt problems related with these Phones.

 I am sharing with you these facts about smartphones based on user-experiences. This data is taken from Fixya.com.

It includes Information about

• Reliability Factor

Now the next question is how did Fixya get this information? Fixya is a product Question & Answer site. There, the smart-phones owners put their trouble-shooting requests.The data was Analyzed to see Problems associated with different products from different manufactures.The relative reliability data was presented by Statscounter.org. It was calculated on base of Relative Market Share.

Now, its time to move to the data.

Talking about the reliability, Apple's on top.

   26 percent market share, 74k problem impressions
2. Samsung: 1.21
   23 percent market share, 187k problem impressions
3. Nokia: 0.68
   22 percent market share, 324k problem impressions
4. Morotola: 0.13
   1.8 percent market share, 136k problem impressions
